About The Company
Our client is an operationally focused private-equity firm investing in companies across specialty manufacturing, food/beverage manufacturing, healthcare products, environmental services, and chemicals. The Finance Associate will support fund accounting, portfolio valuations and monitoring, and investor reporting.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Review management fee calculations, fund-level waterfalls, and expense allocations.
- Review investor capital allocations, statements, capital calls, distributions, and notices.
- Assist with quarterly valuation processes, including review of valuation models and data input.
- Prepare investor and due diligence requests with the fund administrator and IR.
- Review deliverables with the fund administrator.
- Prepare portfolio company and fund-level reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business.
- 4-7 years of relevant private equity experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- CPA qualification is a plus.
Salary Range
$100,000 - $125,000
