Finance Associate - Arrow Search Partners : Job Details

Our client is an operationally focused private-equity firm investing in companies across specialty manufacturing, food/beverage manufacturing, healthcare products, environmental services, and chemicals. The Finance Associate will support fund accounting, portfolio valuations and monitoring, and investor reporting.

• Review and approve quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Review management fee calculations, fund-level waterfalls, and expense allocations.
• Review investor capital allocations, statements, capital calls, distributions, and notices.
• Assist with quarterly valuation processes, including review of valuation models and data input.
• Prepare investor and due diligence requests with the fund administrator and IR.
• Review deliverables with the fund administrator.
• Prepare portfolio company and fund-level reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business.
• 4-7 years of relevant private equity experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• CPA qualification is a plus.
