Are you a seasoned finance professional ready to make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector?

Navitas has partnered with a New York-based Renewable Energy Developer. Heavily backed by a top Private equity investor! An opportunity to directly report to the head of finance. Responsible for supporting and leading the financial activities for their fast-growing portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update project-level financial forecasts and returns to guide asset decisions.
• Model tax and debt-equity structures for solar transactions to optimize financial outcomes.
• Lead in project financing, structuring, due diligence, and document review.
• Develop investment memos and presentations for new prospects, contributing to strategic discussions and investment decisions.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in finance, or accounting with high academic standing.
• 2-5 years of financial modeling experience in renewable power, energy, or other capital-intensive industries.
• Experience in renewables-focused Tax Equity modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
