Our client is a top firm, seeking a junior associate for its collaborative Finance & Transactions team in New York or Chicago. This position starts at $235,000 compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial finance experience within a law firm.
• Experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions.
• Experience managing multiple matters simultaneously.
• Strong academic credentials.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills; team focused.
