Finance Analyst - Confluence Health : Job Details

Please Note: Must reside in the state of WA, ID, or OR. The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the CFO, VP of Finance, and Director of Finance in financial reporting, analysis, system support and projects. This position will be responsible for preparing journal entries, analyzing financial data, preparing monthly reports and explaining financial statement variances. Position Reports To: Accounting Supervisor Essential Functions Provide internal audit support for various departments to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. Assist management with system analysis and recommend improvements to internal control to enhance operational efficiency and financial integrity. Prepare timely, credible, and understandable financial analysis to enhance decision making processes and reach strategic initiatives.
