Job Description
We're looking for a Finance Analyst with a strong accounting background, advanced Excel skills, and an uncompromising eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be meticulous and able to manage tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy. This role requires a positive, can-do spirit, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis, KPIs, metrics and other financial data to the operation or sales leaders
- Prepare and review certain accruals
- Maintain fully documented, audit-ready account schedules and supporting materials
- Review month end financial statements, and assist with certain AR functions and review of accruals
- Respond to requests of management, laboratories, accounting, and clients for financial information
- Serve as financial advisor to business units
Excel-Driven Financial Analysis & Modeling
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models for financial analysis, incorporating: Complex formulas (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, etc.), Pivot tables, pivot charts, and other advanced data analysis techniques, Scenario and sensitivity analysis, Automation using macros or VBA (preferred but not required)
- Develop dashboards and templates that update automatically from multiple data sources
- Proactively troubleshoot model issues and streamline processes for better efficiency
Process Improvement, Problem-Solving & Data Integrity
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy and reduce turnaround times
- Apply analytical thinking and creativity to resolve issues before they impact results
- Maintain rigorous controls and documentation to ensure data is always reliable
Collaboration, Communication & Attitude
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude even under pressure, focusing on solutions rather than obstacles

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Relevant experience in accounting, audit, or financial analysis
- Expert-level Excel skills, with proven ability to work confidently with complex formulas, large datasets, and automation
- Strong understanding of GAAP (IFRS a plus) and its application in business settings
- Proven track record of delivering accurate work under tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, can-do mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and reporting tools
- Fluent in English Language
