Filtering and Blending Operator - 3rd Shift - Lassonde Pappas and Company : Job Details

This position is a member of the processing department. Shift: 3rd - 9:30 pm-5:30 am Responsibilities:Filter high quality apple juice. Blending juice accurately and in a timely manner. Loading and unloading tankers. Keeping work area clean and following GMP's. Lab testing product to assure product is in spec. Operating a forklift when required. Complete blend sheet and bill of ladings neatly and accurately. CIP Tanks 1 through 18, CIP Pasteurizer T 45 & T 28, CIP Chillers 1 & 2, CIP Koch Membrane Filter System, CIP Venturi -Silverson - Velo Rocket - Pumps- Dump Tank-Inline Filters - Manifolds - Tanker Loadout station - Sugar Tank - RO Water Tank.
