Filler Operator (12H Days) - Chobani : Job Details

A Machine Operator (Filler) is an individual who is responsible for learning to operate and maintain machinery in either the Single Serve or Multi Serve departments to support fluctuating production demands. The Machine Operator will also inspect parts to specifications and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality specifications. Job Schedule: 2-2-3, 12-hour rotation; 5:00 am-5:30 pm. Responsibilities Load materials into filler, looking for defects and accuracy of materials Perform quality checks included, in-process testing, weight checks, and filler checks Train other employees as necessary Operate various filling machines, including setting up for production, operating from start up to CIP, making equipment adjustments, and monitor the performance and quality of the machines Monitor machine operations during production Perform basic maintenance of filling machines.
