File Clerk - Maryland Staffing : Job Details

The Alaka'ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Digital Filing Clerk to provide services to the Navy Medical Leader and Professional Development Center (NML&PDC) located in Bethesda, Maryland. Responsibilities include creating, analyzing, scanning, and filing financial packets, updating a tracking sheet, and maintaining all NML PDC Financial Document Packet files. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, coursework and/or training in document management or imaging program, and two years of related office experience. Must be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures, exercise independent judgment, and possess advanced skills in word processing and file storage. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
