Field Systems Reliability Engineer with Security Clearance - BOAB Ventures : Job Details

We're currently seeking an FSR Engineer to support operations and reliability for mission-critical systems deployed within the national security space. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep experience in Linux, AWS cloud environments, and system automation. Required Skills:- Experience administering Linux systems (CentOS, Red Hat)- Experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform, CLI, and AWS Console- Experience with system hardening, patching, and operational security- Proficiency with Ansible, Python, or Shell scripting to automate manual tasks- Experience maintaining web servers such as NGINX and Envoy- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana- Hands-on experience supporting data platforms such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, Cassandra, or Elasticsearch- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues across OS, cloud, and network layers Preferred Skills:- Experience supporting hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud)- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Puppet- Experience participating in an on-call rotation- Exposure to Azure or multi-cloud environments
