Phoenix Home Care has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Field Supervisor in the Branson, MO area! Were looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-focused leader to join our team as an In-Home Field Supervisor. In this role, youll mentor caregivers, ensure top-quality client care, and build meaningful relationships with the people we serve. What Youll Do: Open new cases & complete paperwork Mentor and train field staff in client homes Conduct quality field visits Support the office team as needed Address and report any concerns in the field What Youll Need: 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent (CNA preferred) Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and insurance 12 years caregiving experience Able to pass background check & drug screen Why Join Us?
