Field Supervisor, Fiber Optic Construction - TAK Communications WI, LLC : Job Details

Responsible for overseeing and managing safety measures on every aerial and underground fiber construction project. Promotes safety awareness among employees and assures compliance with safety regulations and reporting. Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company ValuesDirects the day-to-day field operations through Foremen and Subcontractors, providing necessary technical guidance and leadership. Trains and guides field employees to keep up with daily operational needs. Ensures Company tracking methods and systems are implemented to measure productivity levels, coordinate with fleet and tool management. Works with field employees on assigned construction projects. Communicates with management and team members. Promotes an environment of integrity and accountability and provides coaching and training to crews. Completes performance reviews for field employees to provide feedback and coaching.
