We are currently seeking a Field Services Director - Remote Based to join our team in Cary, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US). The Field Services Director will be dedicated to one client and responsible for leading the Field Services Team to ensure quality support while meeting SLAs and customer satisfaction performance results.
