Field Service Technician - BradyPLUS : Job Details

High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent certificate from a certified institution. Excellent customer service. Troubleshoot and repair floor care equipment such as Clarke, Tennant, Karcher, and various other brands (ie: Floor Scrubbers, Burnishers). Maintain the proper parts and supplies in your service vehicle in order to have the necessary tools on hand to solve customer problems. Quickly and accurately diagnose equipment issues and determine what is needed to get the equipment running again. Train customers on how to correctly use our equipment and decrease future needs. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:High school diploma or equivalent, vocational school coursework a plus. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing mobile equipment. Demonstrated experience working with one or more of the following: mechanical, electrical, and Propane systems.
