• Travel across the U.S. to perform on-site equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues quickly and effectively
• Conduct routine inspections to keep equipment operating at peak performance
• Partner with the sales team to provide technical support for customers
• Keep detailed service records and communicate updates to the team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in field service, maintenance, or a related technical role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components
• Ability to troubleshoot low- and high-voltage systems
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Bonus Skills

• Experience using ammeters for electrical testing
• Mechanical/electrical knowledge specific to equipment maintenance
