Field Service Representative (FSR)What You Will Do
  • Perform periodic preventative maintenance, patching, SW/HW upgrades, and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Install and troubleshoot experimental HW/SW, provide feedback to engineering and work with offsite engineering in a collaborative manner.
  • Troubleshooting will include industry standard IT systems as well as program specific hardware, software, and procedures.
  • Work closely with customer representatives to provide status and integrate customer changes.
  • Provide Tier 3 level support to unique mission applications.
  • Remotely help with documentation at approximately 4hrs/week until program clearance is approved.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET w/SCI eligibility clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Be able to work at customer sites directly with customer teams, including US Naval Installations.
  • Must be certified with IAT Level II or Level III certification.
  • Experience with Windows servers and workstations.
  • Experience with ACAS, SCAP, and with analyzing/applying STIGs.
  • Experience with a CDS.
  • Experience with Trellix EPO.
  • Experience with OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes containerization.
  • Experience performing complex troubleshooting and analysis to correct system discrepancies.
  • Possess communication skills necessary for problem resolution with military/corporate customers and vendors.
  • Able to lift 40lbs safely and willing to travel up to 25% of the time to support other sites.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
  • Experience with Ansible, scripting, and/or automation development.
  • Experience configuring firewalls.
  • Networking experience to include switching and routing.
  • Ability to comfortably interact with senior external personnel on significant technical matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.
  • Ability to interact productively with other Raytheon Technologies Field Engineers and customers in a diverse team setting.
  • Ability to work independently to develop timely and effective solutions to technical problems of various scope and complexity.
