Field Service Installer - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leader in the construction and safety industry, is seeking a Field Service Installer to join their team. As a Field Service Installer, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various projects while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have rigging, fall protection or construction experience, no fear of heights and available to travel within Florida and out of state locations for installation projects. Excellent customer service skills a must!

Job Title: Field Service Installer

Location: Altamonte Springs, FL

Pay Range: $22-$24 / hour Type: Direct Hire Perm

What's the Job?

• Travel to customer job sites for installations and ensure all safety inspections are complete.
• Assist in managing materials and inventory to ensure timely project execution.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to maintain workflow and project success.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers while ensuring their satisfaction.
• Will drive company vehicles to client sites as needed

What's Needed?

• At least three years of experience in construction, rigging, and/or fall protection.
• No fear working at heights is required, experience is a plus
• Strong math aptitude for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Practical expertise at using a tape measure: proper positioning, reading down to the 1/16 inch
• Well-organized, self-directed, and a team player with high ethical standards.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills (you will be in direct contact with clients)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Valid Florida drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability pass background check to meet military/government job site contract requirements
• Ability to pass drug screen
