Your Tasks:
As a Field Service Engineer (FSE), you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers in the field. Your primary duties will include installing, maintaining, and repairing basic and intermediate Miltenyi equipment, as well as troubleshooting technical issues to ensure optimal performance. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, a team mentality, and a customer-focused approach. You will receive comprehensive training and work under the supervision of experienced engineers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk; and hear. The employee is required to stand; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds alone or up to 80 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail.
Work Environment:This job is performed in various facilities. The employee will have an office environment for about half of the time, which is temperature-controlled. The role requires mobility to visit customer sites and exposure to natural elements. Handling research/clinical equipment may be necessary, with strict SOPs and PPE to be followed.
