Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Field Services Engineer to lead the asset refresh initiative, upgrading devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across laptops, desktops, and tablets. This role involves direct interaction with end users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth transitions during the refresh process. Key Responsibilities Perform asset refresh activities, including upgrading and configuring laptops, desktops, and tablets from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Provide hands-on support for end users, addressing issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and other standard Windows applications. Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow. Act as on-site “hands and feet” support for hardware troubleshooting, peripheral setup, and basic network connectivity. Document procedures, resolutions, and user interactions accurately. Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and timely support. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in IT support or field services. Strong understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
