Field Service Engineer - DP Professionals : Job Details

DPP is seeking a Field Service Engineer. Work arrangement:

• Onsite
• W2 position, 6 months contract to hire
• US Citizen; active Secret security clearance

Required experience: Five years' of practical hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of, at a minimum, one of the following:

• Virtual Machine Environment (VME) computers
• Networks
• Digital computers
• Microprocessors
• Communications systems
• Navigation systems, and/or sonar systems.

Required education:

• An Associates Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Technology or graduate of US Navy electronics C school or equivalent civilian electronics technical school
  • Curriculum must have dealt directly with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of: VME computers, digital computers, microprocessors or peripheral/interface equipment, networks, communications system, navigation system and/or sonar system.
