Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri)

Environmental Conditions: Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, adherence to all GMP Safety Standards, PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)

Location/Division: This remote position based in Tewksbury, MA, supports the Compliance Test Solutions (CTS) Business Unit, leader in ESD testing equipment for the semiconductor industry.

Impact: The Field Service Engineer II provides onsite support including installation, maintenance, calibration, and repairs of electronic equipment used for ESD testing, supporting semiconductor manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person.
• Conduct product training and technical support.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment.
• Respond to emergency repairs and install new equipment.
• Complete documentation and reports.
• Travel within territory and occasionally outside as needed.
• Promote aftermarket services and provide feedback to management.

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or related field, or 3+ years of field service experience.
• Strong technical skills, ability to repair electronic circuits, use diagnostic tools.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Travel: 40-60% travel required, including occasional visits to the Tewksbury site.
