Field Service Engineer - Ametek : Job Details

Provide technical support for Power Instruments electric products as well as secondary products via phone, email, video conference and on-site service. Set up and test products to duplicate and verify customer reported issues Document product defects and liaise with product management, engineering and the customer Provide customers with quotations for spare parts, repairs, upgrades, field service and training Travel to customer sites and perform installation, commissioning and training on all products Generate field service reports Create training material for assigned products Generate, process and analyze Return Material Authorizations (RM - As) and provide customers with detailed report of findings Repair and calibrate equipment as needed Construction of service test fixtures Assist the sales and product management teams with customer presentations and demonstrations Provide backup support for the sales application team on technical specification review and generation of product quo...Field Service, Service Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Technical Support, Engineer, Product Management, Manufacturing, Retail
