Work is performed at USCG Base Alameda in Alameda, CA. Applying critical thinking skills via distance support troubleshooting/help desk support in order to rapidly assist U.S. Navy personnel in the operations, troubleshooting, and repair of U.S. Navy SIGINT systems. Assisting the NIWC LANT In-Service Engineering Agency (ISEA) responsible for system lifecycle support regarding; but not limited to: fleet technical support, CASREP tracking, procurement, configuration management, production and repair. Ensuring that deployed SSEE systems and Navy operators are positioned for success. Communicating with fleet customers electronically and verbally in a professional manner and representing the U.S. Government in the addressing of technical issues and repairs. Adhering to workflow processes in order to manage and document technical actions and to support requests within a database structure.
