Location/Division Specific Information: This remote position based in Tewksbury offers a key role in the Compliance Test Solutions (CTS) Business Unit, leader in Electrostatic Discharge testing equipment for the semiconductor industry, ensuring product quality and reducing failures.

How will you make an impact? The Field Service Engineer II provides onsite support and service, including installation, maintenance, calibration, and repairs of electronic equipment used for ESD testing in the semiconductor industry. This role ensures equipment performance and reliability, supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Provide technical support via phone or email.
  • Conduct product training as needed.
  • Support engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams.
  • Calibrate equipment per specifications.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Install new equipment and support upgrades.
  • Complete administrative reports and documentation.
  • Maintain flexibility for after-hours, weekend, and holiday work.
  • Promote aftermarket services and provide feedback to management.

Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or related technical field, or 3+ years of field service experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and electronic circuits.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Willingness to travel within and outside the territory (40-60%).
