You'll manage project logistics, customer communication, job quotes, and scheduling, helping ensure on-time, quality service.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for service technicians and subcontractors.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and service documentation
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Track project progress and maintain records in CRM
- Process purchase orders, job sheets, and invoices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Background in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or service coordination is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- CRM and blueprint-reading experience is a plus.
