Our Opening and Your Responsibilities METTLER TOLEDO Process Analytics Process Analytics is a division within METTLER TOLEDO that produces analytical measurement solutions for industrial manufacturing processes. This division has over 60 years of experience as a leader in the industry of liquid process analytics and ultrapure water analytics.

Process analytics allow manufacturing companies to better control their production through at-line, on-line or in-line analytical measurements. METTLER TOLEDO offers process analytical equipment for a wide range of applications, industriesand analytical parameters. As industrial manufacturers look to increase automation, in-line and on-line analytical measurements that help control processes are critical. The division consists of two primary business units: Ingold and Thornton, both internationally recognized leaders in their respective markets and technologies.

Ingold is a worldwide leader in pH, dissolved and gaseous oxygen, dissolved CO2, conductivity and turbidity solutions for process analytical measurement systems in the chemical, food & beverage, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Its core competence is high quality in-line measurement of these parameters in demanding chemical process and hygienic and sterile applications.

Thornton is the leader in pure and ultrapure industrial water monitoring instrumentation used in semiconductor, microelectronics, power generation, pharmaceutical, and biotech applications. Its core competence is the in-line measurement of conductivity, resistivity, TOC, dissolved oxygen and ozone in determining and controlling water purity.

As the Field Sales Representative (FSR) for Mettler-Toledo Process Analytics (PRO) you report to the National Sales Manager-Hygienic Markets. This position involves explaining highly technical information to customers, focusing on revealing how a product, application and our solutions can solve specific problems. This position is responsible for exceeding regional targets in the hygienic market segment (BioPharm, F&B, purified water, and MicroElectronics) through excellent value selling, product, and application technical knowledge and business development. You ensure your territory exceeds targets and business objectives through sales efforts requiring up to 25% to 50% overnight travel. This individual will cover Texas (except panhandle, El Paso metro, and Longview Metro).

Key responsibilities include: Meeting or exceeding the sales budget for Process Analytics products in the Texas territory. Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with the customer base by analyzing customer pain points, mastering product & application knowledge, and differentiating PRO from the competition. The ability to proactively penetrate accounts and generate business at new sites. Building relationships with customers and colleagues and maintaining the highest level of integrity while building long-term relationships. Developing and executing a strategic territory plan to include the methodology needed to achieve sales growth including all sales and related activities; i.e. lead generation, cold calling, nurturing, product demonstrations, sales calls, organizing and presenting technical seminars, application feasibility tests, perform demonstrations for products and coordinating customer support. Achieving technical and application proficiency with all METTLER TOLEDO Process Analytics products, value positioning, competitors, and core applications. Using application knowledge to identify companies that could benefit from PRO technology. Maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) system daily. Completing weekly reports and providing an accurate, detailed forecast on a continual basis, using the CRM system. Provide feedback on market trends, competitive activity / reconnaissance, and other information that may be of value for corporate goal attainment. Generate monthly pulse reports summarizing sales activities and opportunities, including a 30-60-90 day opportunity pipeli * Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent experience.

* 5+ years of experience with liquid analytical instrumentation and/or water purification equipment.

* 3+ years of direct sales experience.

* Intimate knowledge of microelectronics applications and accounts a plus.
