The North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking a driven, and experienced Sales Operations Lead for Independent Software Vendors. The candidate for this role is a key business stakeholder and partner for sales leadership and will play a key role in supporting the go-to-market strategy. The candidate for this role is expected to work cross functionally to help the organization successfully land and execute against a set of strategic priorities. The candidate for this role will support key business activities such as Annual Planning, Forecasting, Operational Strategy, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other sales performance processes. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong business and financial acumen, broad technical skills, sales and marketing expertise and be very comfortable diving deep into data.
