Description

The FRM will be responsible for managing defined accounts in a specific geographic region within the cardiometabolic/rare disease therapeutic area, supporting the Customer's assigned Product. The role involves advancing product access and reimbursement for patients through education and support services, including in-service training, patient pull-through activities, and support of denied claims. The FRM will implement the territory strategic plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as call center services (HUB), specialty pharmacy (SP), sales, market access, payers, and other partners, adhering to business rules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate product access and reimbursement for patients via education and support services, including in-service training, pull-through activities, and claims support.
  • Provide education on product coverage under pharmacy or medical benefits to HCPs, office staff, and partners in the Hub/SP program, using approved messaging and tools.
  • Coordinate with Hub/SP/partners on individual patient cases, including access, coverage, and enrollment assistance.
  • Analyze reimbursement issues and serve as the local resource for access and reimbursement for field sales and management.
  • Operate within approved rules of engagement, privacy, and compliance standards.

Essential Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotech sectors.
  • 3+ years in patient journey navigation, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or patient support services.
  • Experience in cardiometabolic/rare disease areas or complex scientific product launches is preferred.
  • Ability to resolve access issues related to specialty pharmacy and medical benefits.
  • Must reside within the territory or its boundaries.

The annual base salary ranges from $155,000 to $165,000, with potential additional benefits such as a company car or allowance, and performance-based bonuses or commissions.
