We're currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to perform patient health assessments and provide training support to Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs). What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home patient health assessments
• Provide training and support to Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
• Collaborate with a strong clinical support team to ensure the best client outcomes
• Maintain a flexible schedule with manageable weekly productivity expectations

What You'll Need

• Active RN license in New York, in good standing
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Comfortable traveling to all five boroughs of NYC and Westchester County as needed
• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus
• Weekend flexibility is a plus
