**Preferred Home Care of New York,** a fully licensed Home Care Agency is seeking an **experienced**, **Field Recruiter** for Suffolk County, who has experience with community-based field recruiting, and has both strong networking and relationship building skills. We have our eye out for a candidate that is self-motivated and is passionate about enabling others to have meaningful employment opportunities.

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Home Care Field recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting of home health aide candidates. Our ideal candidate will develop and execute numerous recruitment plans/ strategies as well as identifying new recruiting sources for assigned regions based on assigned monthly and quarterly goals. The candidate will spearhead hiring events, community-based events, and employee referral events within the community and at Preferred Home Care. The candidate will promote positive community relations and partner with placement agencies, social service agencies, one-stop employment centers, local colleges, and numerous suitable venues to ensure a consistent ongoing pool of HHA candidates for the organization.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

* Minimum of two years of recruiting experience preferably in home care.

* Comfortable with applicant tracking systems or HHA exchange, Microsoft Word and Excel, and the Internet.

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
