The Field Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day duties, and site coordination of assigned projects. This coordination shall include but not be limited to the following:

- Coordination of construction assets (labor, special tools and materials).

- Site Coordination with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing as well as General Contractor or other clients.

- Coordination with office staff and other staff (engineering, parts, etc.).

- Ensure effective communication with the Construction Manager to accurately track production and monthly billing.

- Oversee safety Issues and concerns and address any safety hazards timely. Isolate and report violations to the appropriate Safety Manager.

- Download programming for new control system.

- Perform Point to Point check out of installed controls in preparation for the Commissioning Agent.

- Other responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Microsoft Office Suite

- Automated Logic Controls, programmer basic training

- 3-5 years of Controls installation Experience

- 5 -10 years of related management skills

- Commercial and Industrial Electrical Experience

Required:

- Able to pass a background check.

- Able to pass a drug screen for federal contractor requirements.

- Hold a valid driver's license with clean driving record.

- Able to clear security checks needed to conduct work on federal bases and other property.

- Must qualify for a DBIDS (Government background check) badging and pass a drug test.

- Able to meet the physical requirements of the position, to include but not limited to lifting 80 lbs. or more, bending, squatting, standing for extended periods of time, and working in various small spaces and other non-office working environments.
