Enhance customer experience by managing equipment projects and representing Trane in the field. This position is classified as remote within a geography (Connecticut).**What you will do:****Customer Interaction:**+ Attend job site meetings and provide guidance and technical support for installation of equipment.+ Understand, address and resolve equipment and installation issues to prevent unnecessary service requests.+ Follow up with customers post-job for feedback.**Problem Solving:**+ Troubleshoot warranty issues and lead problem-solving teams.+ Develop, maintain & communicate technical service documentation, or concepts via phone or in writing.+ Participate in MDI reviews and risk management discussions.**Project Management:**+ Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of warranty parts and coordinate labor for warranty repairs.+ Provide guidance to field technicians on clear scopes of work+ Prepare and complete documentation for startup logs and job summary reports.+ Collaborate with product managers and sales engineers for technical support.**Technical Skills:**+ Analyze electrical schematics and refrigerant piping diagrams.+ Use Microsoft Office and Trane-specific programs.+ Understand safe refrigerant handling and electrical safety standards.**Safety and Compliance:**+ Promote company safety policies.+ Travel locally to job sites as needed.+ Flexibility to work outside normal hours and travel for factory testing/training.**What you will bring:**+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.+ Minimum 5 years in project management, HVAC service, or related field.+ Knowledge of HVAC installation contracting processes.+ Strong computer, interpersonal, and customer service skills.+ Professionalism in high-stress situations.+ Highly organized and customer service-oriented.+ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.**Compensation:**Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000 plus incentiveTotal compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
