Enhance customer experience by managing equipment projects and representing Trane in the field. This position is classified as remote within a geography (Connecticut).What you will do:Customer Interaction:* Attend job site meetings and provide guidance and technical support for installation of equipment.* Understand, address and resolve equipment and installation issues to prevent unnecessary service requests.* Follow up with customers post-job for feedback.Problem Solving:* Troubleshoot warranty issues and lead problem-solving teams.* Develop, maintain & communicate technical service documentation, or concepts via phone or in writing.* Participate in MDI reviews and risk management discussions.Project Management:* Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of warranty parts and coordinate labor for warranty repairs.* Provide guidance to field technicians on clear scopes of work* Prepare and complete documentation for startup logs and job summary reports.* Collaborate with product managers and sales engineers for technical support.Technical Skills:* Analyze electrical schematics and refrigerant piping diagrams.* Use Microsoft Office and Trane-specific programs.* Understand safe refrigerant handling and electrical safety standards.Safety and Compliance:* Promote company safety policies.* Travel locally to job sites as needed.* Flexibility to work outside normal hours and travel for factory testing/training.What you will bring:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.* Minimum 5 years in project management, HVAC service, or related field.* Knowledge of HVAC installation contracting processes.* Strong computer, interpersonal, and customer service skills.* Professionalism in high-stress situations.* Highly organized and customer service-oriented.* Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Compensation:Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000 plus incentiveTotal compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
