We're in an exciting phase of strategic growth, and we're seeking a dynamic Field Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will play a key role in refining our internal processes, scaling our Field Operations, and maintaining the high standards that define the Full Circle experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of residential painting projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and crew management.
  • Analyze project performance metrics and provide reports to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Hire, train, and supervise painting crews, fostering a culture of professionalism, safety, and accountability.
  • Develop & implement SOP's for all projects
  • Verify Production Rates
  • Collaborate directly with ownership to design and implement new systems and processes that drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our high standards.
  • Monitor & Maintain inventory of painting supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in field operations management, preferably in the residential painting, construction, or home services industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety standards is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and staff effectively.
  • Proficiency in MAC Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinker who can address challenges like seasonal slowdowns, weather related schedule changes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to speak Spanish &/or Portuguese is a plus

Compensation:
