Job Description

We're seeking proactive, highly organized Field Office Associates to join our team! In this role, you'll be a key player executing our field canvassing operations to engage with voters and support Democratic candidates up-and-down the ballot.

Field Office Associates work hand-in-hand with the entire office team under the direction of the Field Office Manager to facilitate day-to-day functional activities, manage shift logistics, and maintain an efficient office. Field Office Associates are entrusted with a variety of management duties and often called upon to assist with special projects as needs arise.

The ideal candidate is a team player, detail-oriented, excels at communicating effectively across diverse groups, and collaborates cross-functionally across teams. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of organization will be key to your success. Professionalism and strong conflict resolution skills are essential to navigate challenging situations and foster a positive work environment.
