Now Hiring: Field Nurse - Americare Certified Special Services (Staten Island, NY) Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Americare Certified Special Services team as a Field Nurse. In this role, you'll be the trusted healthcare partner for patients receiving in-home care-bringing clinical expertise, compassion, and personalized attention right to their doorstep. What You'll Do:

• Conduct home visits and provide direct patient care

• Complete all required documentation (HCHB system)

• Communicate with primary care providers and other disciplines to coordinate care

• Prepare and manage care plans, medication profiles, and orders (including 485 and interim orders)

• Participate in case conferences and follow-up reviews to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active NY State Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Previous home health experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication, documentation, and care coordination skills

• Passion for patient-centered care in a community setting
