duties

• Monitor the implementation of project activities on the ground, ensuring that all operations are conducted according to the project's objectives, guidelines, and schedules;

• Conduct field visits to distribution sites and registration areas, ensuring the proper functioning of the project and that beneficiaries are receiving the assistance they are entitled to;

• Supervise and support field staff, including surveyors, crowd controllers, and beneficiary verification officers, ensuring that tasks are being completed correctly and on time;

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines for beneficiary welfare during distributions and registration processes;

• Liaise with local community leaders, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation;

• Document and report any issues or challenges faced during the project implementation to the supervisor or relevant team members;

• Conduct routine checks to ensure that all beneficiary data and records are accurate and up to date;

• Provide real-time feedback to field staff and supervisors, ensuring that any operational problems or bottlenecks are addressed immediately;

• Prepare field reports at the end of each activity or site visit, summarizing the successes, challenges, and any recommendations for improvements;

• Ensure that the quality of services provided to beneficiaries meets the project's standards and the organization's values;

• Assist in any other duties related to the field activities as assigned by the supervisor;

qualification

Qualification and Experience

·At least 2 years of relevant experience in food distribution or humanitarian logistics;

·High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred;

·Good physical health and ability to work under tough field conditions;

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills with communities and teams;

·Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records;

·Respect for cultural norms and local traditions;

·Honest, disciplined, and responsible;

·Willingness to travel and work in remote locations.
