Job Overview
As a Field Marketing Associate, you will be the key representative of our local brand presence for Dialed In Gummies. Your role involves leading dispensary-facing experiences in your region, including creating, deploying, and optimizing trade toolkits. This includes pop-up events, budtender incentive programs, creative installations, and consumer engagement activations. You will be the frontline ambassador for Dialed In Gummies and Sun Theory, bringing our brand to life through displays, events, and conversations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead local marketing activities within your assigned territory.
- Organize and execute pop-up events and in-store activations to increase brand awareness and product trials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary partners and budtenders.
- Support budtender training, incentive programs, and educational activities.
- Install and maintain planograms, displays, and bespoke brand setups.
- Track event outcomes and gather feedback to improve future strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand representation and timely delivery of assets.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1–2 years in marketing, events, budtender engagement, or customer service (experience in cannabis, CPG, or wellness industries is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with retail partners, staff, and consumers.
- Passion for wellness, plant-based products, and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of trade marketing, merchandising, and event activation strategies.
- Availability for evening/weekend events and light travel within your territory.
- Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the cannabis industry.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Access to and ability to navigate organizational facilities.
