What You'll Do:

  • Develop & Execute Field Marketing: Create and implement plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive referrals.
  • Cultivate Key Relationships: Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and community organizations.
  • Conduct Outreach: Represent us at events, deliver presentations, and engage with the community.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Ensure seamless lead generation and follow-up.
  • Track & Analyze Performance: Monitor marketing campaigns, optimize ROI, and report on metrics.
  • Manage Budget: Develop and manage the field marketing budget.
  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction: Gather feedback and address concerns.

    • What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years marketing/sales experience (required).
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • 100% travel within Orange County (required).
  • Valid driver's license and transportation (required).
  • Associate's degree preferred.
