The Bismarck Larks are seeking a Field Manager to lead our baseball program the Larks wayrooted in discipline, professionalism, and our EPIC values: Experience Obsessed, Positive Energy, Innovating Constantly, and Community Minded. This is not a role for someone looking to run it their way. The Field Manager is responsible for building a winning culture, maximizing player development, and creating the best summer collegiate baseball experience in the country for players, fans, college coaches, and MLB scouts. You will lead all baseball operationsfrom recruiting and on-field strategy to travel logistics and community engagementwhile mentoring players and holding coaches and staff accountable to the highest professional standards.
