Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Office Manager to join our team in Albany, NY. This role is critical to the success of our field operations, ensuring that administrative, financial, and logistical functions run smoothly on-site. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of construction project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Documentation:

Organize and maintain all project-related documents including contracts, change orders, permits, and correspondence.

· Financial Management:

Process invoices, track project expenses, and assist with payroll and budget monitoring.

· Communication & Coordination:

Act as a liaison between field teams, office staff, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear and timely communication.

· Compliance:

Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

· Office Management:

Oversee office supplies, equipment, and day-to-day administrative operations of the field office

· Project Team Support:

Provide logistical and administrative support to project managers, engineers, and field personnel.

· Subcontractor Management:

Assist with subcontractor agreements, insurance documentation, and lien releases.

· Reporting:

Prepare and update project status reports, tracking logs, and maintain comprehensive project data.

Qualifications

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Familiarity with construction terminology and processes

· Experience with project management software is a plus
