Position Summary
As a Field Execution Representative, you will be focus-driven to meet sales distribution goals, grow space in retail outlets, and increase points of interruption. Verify and ensure completion of the executional elements agreed to in the company/distributor commercial plans. Perform light-to-moderate merchandising of product in the cold vault and in coolers. Build and strengthen route-level relationships in Nielsen-measured accounts. Execute the “Curb to Vault” strategy for point of sale and visual marketing.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop route-level relationships with store managers
- Merchandise products in the cold vault and coolers
- Expand cold space in applicable accounts
- Manage and place point of sale (POS) materials inside and outside of accounts
- Care responsibly for program materials and assets of the company
- Maintain punctuality, adhere to shift schedules, uphold brand appearance, and wear proper attire
- Ensure professionalism, communicate effectively, and interact proactively with customers and team members
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Must have a clean driving record and be 21 years or older
Base Salary Range: $17 - $23 per hour
