As a Field Execution Representative, you will be focused on meeting sales distribution goals, growing space in retail outlets, and increasing points of interruption. Your responsibilities include verifying and ensuring the completion of the executional elements in the company/distributor commercial plans, light-to-moderate merchandising of products in the cold vault and coolers, building and strengthening route-level relationships in Nielsen-measured accounts, and executing the “Curb to Vault” strategy for point of sale and visual marketing.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop route-level relationships with store managers
  • Merchandise products in the cold vault and coolers
  • Expand cold space in applicable accounts
  • Manage and place point of sale (POS) materials both inside and outside of accounts
  • Care responsibly for program materials and assets of the company
  • Maintain punctuality, adhere to shift schedules, and ensure proper attire and brand appearance
  • Maintain professionalism, communicate effectively, and interact proactively with customers and internal team members
    • Position Requirements:
    • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
    • Must have a clean driving record and be 21 years of age or older

    Base Salary Range: $19 - $26 per hour
