Position Summary
As a Field Execution Manager, you will manage the Field Execution Rep team, participating in assigned markets, providing execution information and support necessary to positively affect Nielsen measured accounts. Responsible for ensuring all activity and needs are met.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage communication and action items relayed from the Street Team Representatives.
- Identify and communicate opportunities across the company and bottler divisions.
- Facilitate relationships with accounts to advance the field sales presence and scope of the brand within the stated objectives, multi-site operator owners or managers.
- Oversee timely completion and record-keeping for timesheets, STR follow-up, Motus, expenses, inventory, and other reporting data.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop the STR team, evaluate performance, and create directives to enhance team performance.
- Create, schedule, and maintain team daily, weekly, monthly account routes.
- Work with local leadership to facilitate and enhance STRs, obtaining necessary tools and equipment for market success.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in the beverage industry desired.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Strong presentation skills, ability to improve performance, efficiencies, and talent retention.
Base Salary Range: $46,200 - $61,600
