Your Role:

• Precision Layouts: Use Trimble, robotic total stations, and 3D scanning to establish control points for concrete repairs and new placements.
• Field-to-Plan Coordination: Verify as-built conditions against design drawings, flagging discrepancies for engineers.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure formwork, rebar, and post-tensioning align with structural specs (ACI, ICRI standards).
• Tech-Driven: Update as-built models in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and collaborate with PMs to streamline workflows.

We Need You To Have:

• 3-5 years in concrete layout, surveying, or restoration (commercial/civil focus preferred).
• Mastery of survey equipment (total stations, laser levels, GPS) and CAD software.
• Detail-Obsessed: Ability to interpret complex drawings and troubleshoot field issues.
