Field Engineer - Civil - Bechtel Corporation : Job Details

Bechtel Renewables team is to deliver the project management, engineering, procurement, construction, startup, and testing services for a utility-scale PV solar project, located near the town of Tivoli in Refugio County, Texas. When completed, the project will span more than 3400 acres and generate up to 495 M - Wdc of power from approximately 850,000 highly efficient bifacial solar modules. The project is awaiting Limited/ Final Notice to Proceed. This position is contingent upon that final award. Job Summary: The Field Engineer - Civil is responsible for overseeing the civil construction activities of a solar farm project. This includes tasks such earthwork, fencing, roadway construction, and stormwater management. In this role, you will provide comprehensive project field engineering support, including work planning and packaging, safety and quality control, technical inspection and testing, and coordination of system turnover.
