No Roofing Experience Required! Are you eager to learn, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term career opportunity? Join Garcia Roofing as a Field Assistant and gain valuable experience while providing exceptional customer service in an entry-level position. Commitment to Excellence and Reference Checks At Garcia Roofing, we hire exceptional individuals who align with our values. Candidates must provide up to five professional references (including past managers, colleagues, and direct reports) and call their references to prepare them for our contact. All offers are contingent on successful reference checks. Responsibilities

• Climb ladders and inspect roofs for condition and quality.
• Supervise and coordinate multiple production crews.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish.
• Use company programs to document job progress.
• Complete job documents, inspections, and reports.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate job progress and safety risks with customers and managers.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Identify and address non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Work closely with the production team on material and work orders.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to company and OSHA safety policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid drivers Louisiana license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely use a ladder and access roofs.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, climbing, and lifting 50+ pounds.
• Safe operation of equipment and tools.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
• Strong computer and technology skills are preferred.
• Willingness to travel to different branch locations.

General Information

• Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• After hours and weekends may be required based on workload
