If you want to make a real impact and grow your career, QIAGEN is the place for you.Position Description This role involves supporting QIAGEN's core instruments and chemistries in the field, including instrument installations, customer training, troubleshooting, demos, and technical support within the assigned territory.Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related field; advanced degrees preferred.3-5 years of practical/lab experience or technical sales/customer support.Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques such as DNA/RNA purification, PCR, cloning, sequencing.Familiarity with NGS and dPCR applications is a plus.Excellent communication skills, customer-focused attitude.Experience with technical training, robotic programming, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.Personal Requirements Customer-oriented personality with ability to build relationships and engage in scientific discussions.Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues remotely and in person.Organized, independent, and team-oriented.Ability to travel 70-80% domestically, primarily within the North Mid-Atlantic region (NY, NJ, PA, CT), living near a major airport.What We Offer We foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive workplace that encourages growth and leadership.
