In order to develop long-term strategic technical business solutions for mid-sized and enterprise companies, CoServe is currently searching for Infrastructure Technicians and Lead Infrastructure Technicians. CoServe's Infrastructure Technicians are responsible for providing on-site support services for clients, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting of voice/data networks, fiber optic cabling systems, VOIP, and wireless systems. Lead Infrastructure Technicians also manage a site and act as the interface to the customer.

• Site management
• Company interface to the customer
• Installation, testing, and troubleshooting of voice and data networks
• Installation of data racks, wire management, and all infrastructure equipment
• Follow instructions in Work Orders, SOPs, and Run Books
• Ability to work on overnight cutover projects
• Familiarity with and adherence to all safety procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in one of the following is preferred:

• Low voltage mechanical or electrical
• High School Diploma
