Brief Description

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent client relations and support studio operations.
  • Deliver Fhitting Room's signature five-star service with a customer-minded approach.
  • Maintain flexibility in shift times, including mornings, as required.
  • Model and promote the mission, values, and principles of NYSC and our brands.
  • Create a legendary member experience through high-quality service.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
  • Be organized, efficient, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Ensure a seamless check-in and post-class experience, making all clients feel welcome.
  • Understand our packages and memberships to assist clients effectively.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by communicating class benefits and converting interest into bookings.
  • Conduct studio tours for new clients to build relationships.
  • Support sales of merchandise and class reservations, and respond to inquiries via email and phone.
  • Handle immediate client issues professionally.
  • Assist with inventory, cleaning, opening/closing tasks, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications + Experience
  • At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience, preferably in a gym or retail setting.
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remember names and faces.
  • Excellent communication skills and energetic delivery.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency with POS, membership systems, and computer programs; Mariana Tek experience is a plus.
  • Team-oriented mindset with professionalism in handling challenging situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and navigate all club areas.
