Feed Accounting & Customer Service Specialist - New Vision Cooperative : Job Details

Provide customer service and clerical support for feed order entry, billing and feed ingredient inventory management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Take customer feed orders by phone, electronically or fax and enter them into the software system. Take customer service phone calls or initiate communication about delivery or invoices. Process customer bag orders and coordinate each order with the Worthington warehouse. Maintain swine production group codes. Process business statements according customer requests and payment terms. Provide customer feed consumption reports as requested. Review feed orders for proper information and drug ration compliance. Invoice feed orders. Reconcile accounts receivable payments and apply to customer accounts. Apply inventory transfers between locations. Generate POs for feed ingredients. Change corn and soybean meal prices daily to reflect market changes. File feed documents.
